NWEA Resolution Error
The NWEA testing app on student devices is picky about its resolution. This can be fixed using a simple keyboard shortcut; then press refresh. Notice that the current resolution in the picture below is 1200x750, and the system requires 1024x768 or lower.
Press the Shift+Ctrl+minus key one time to zoom out. Next, press the refresh button on the top row that looks like a circular arrow. Once the screen refreshes, you should be able to see the login screen. Please see the screenshot below for the location of the keys.
The Log in screen should now be displayed properly. Notice the distance from the bottom of the login box to the actual bottom of the screen.
**Note** You may have to adjust it a couple of times to find the correct resolution. DO NOT GIVE UP!! There is nothing special I can do to fix this for everyone.
